Neapolitan Pizza
Our Dough is created in the Neapolitan tradition using fresh yeast, '00' flour, water, and salt. It is allowed to ferment for 24 hours before being hand stretched and cooked in an 800 Degree Wood Fired Oven, which produces a slightly charred crust. Neapolitan pizza is traditionally eaten with a knife and fork. All pizzas are approximately 12" and are created as described. No substitutions. No Half Toppings.
